Statement of Organizational Commitment

Integrity Home and Cottage Inc is committed to ensuring equal access and participation for people with disabilities. We are committed to treating people with disabilities in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence.

We believe in integration and we are committed to meeting the needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner. We will do so by removing and preventing barriers to accessibility and meeting our accessibility requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and Ontario’s accessibility laws.


Policy

Integrity Home and Cottage Inc will meet the information and communication needs of people with disabilities by providing at request, information and communication materials in accessible formats or with communication supports.

Integrity Home and Cottage Inc will welcome people who require service animals, assistive devices and those who may require support persons.

Anyone wishing to provide feedback about an experience regarding access to service for people with disabilities at Integrity Home and Cottage can do so in the following ways:

Submitting a completed Feedback Form communicating your experience via mail, email or in person to the Integrity Main Office or on telephone 1-866-673-9663
